Land Registration Completed of the Salmon Florentine Project

The registration ceremony took place at the Tejgaon Sub-Registry Office, in the presence of all 9 landowners. Also attending the event were Mr. Md. Meheraj Uddin, Managing Director of Salmon Developers Ltd., Mr. Hasnat Arif, Deputy Managing Director, along with other senior officials. The occasion was a proud moment for both the company and the clients, as the legal ownership of the land was officially handed over through proper government procedures.

“Salmon Florentine” is set to be a luxury project in Bashundhara, featuring modern architectural design, spacious units, and a high-end residential environment. The location, N Block, is well-known for its peaceful surroundings, wide roads, and proximity to major commercial zones, stadium and shopping malls.

The company’s land-sharing model allows multiple buyers to legally own a portion of a project’s land through registered land shares.
